What are your roles and responsibilities at JR Bookkeeping?
My main Role at JRB is to Guide the Team and Move the company forward. I am the face of the business and the one in charge of networking and marketing the business to attract prospective clients. I oversee finalizing the client’s monthly, quarterly and Year-End Financials including meeting with clients for business advisory and customer satisfaction.

When did you start working for JR Bookkeeping?
When I founded it on April 1, 2012

What is your favorite part of your job?
Making a difference in our clients’ lives by providing them solutions and helping them navigate their financial journey with a simplified, open mind perspective.

What brought you to JR Bookkeeping?
Originally the need of finding a job, after struggling financially for a couple years myself. But utilizing my vast knowledge and experience in the fields of accounting and bookkeeping, dating back to 1999, I was able to build a reliable customer base, hire and train competent staff, and effectively implement systems and processes to serve a small business sector, considered by many to be underserved in these areas.
